Strong Bones with Qigong
Bone health plays an important role in the quality of our lives, especially as we age. Weight-bearing practices like Qigong are well documented to help maintain and restore bone density as well as a healthy bone function.
Workshop description
Learn gentle Qigong movements designed to help strengthen the bones while improving muscle strength, coordination, and flexibility during this 45 minute workshop. This includes a Qigong tapping sequence along specific meridians.
The movements are gentle on the body and joints and are well suited for people with a wide range of physical abilities.
No prior experience needed. Well suited for beginners.
