The energy at this time of the year is inviting us to reflect on our thoughts, habits and relationships and how they are impacting us.
An important part of a healthy system is purging. Otherwise, it stagnates.
Just like many trees have done already, we need to let go of what no longer serves us in order to focus on what is nurturing us. This Qigong protocol is designed to help us get better at it.
Breathwork
In order to know what to cut away we need to first reflect. True reflection is only possible when the mind is still and clear. Breathwork and movements have been used for centuries to achieve the mental tranquility and clarity needed for a true reflection.
Qigong
Qigong is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses mindful movements and breathwork to create a state where the body can more easily heal and restore itself.
Workshop description
This workshop will go over movements and breathwork to help still the mind, calm the emotions, and create more clarity.
The workshop includes documents and pre-recorded videos in addition to a live-streamed lesson. Documents and videos will be available for 1 month after the lesson.
No prior experience needed. Well-suited for beginners and people with a wide range of physical abilities.
How does it work?
After registering, you will receive an email with a link to access the pre-recorded videos and documents. You will also get a link to attend the live lesson on Zoom on December 18th which will be recorded. All documents and videos will be available for 1 month after the lesson.
