Join us in the Park to learn gentle Tai Chi and Qigong movements designed to release stress and improve strength and balance.
Tai Chi and Qigong are mindful health practices used to develop the body and mind and are well suited for beginners with a wide range of physical abilities.
Lesson will be held at Millennium Park in West Roxbury, weather permitting. In case of rain, the lesson will be held at the Human Harmonies/Body Mind Systems location (1739 Centre Street, West Roxbury).
More details (what to wear, where to meet, etc.) will be provided after registration.
The lesson is free on a first time complementary basis. Please inquire about membership options for attendance to subsequent lessons.
