Tai Chi and Qigong support joint health by improving flexibility, balance and range of motion through low-impact, fluid movements. They also reduce joint stiffness and pain, making this beneficial for enhancing overall mobility.
The movements are gentle on the body and joints and are well suited for people with a wide range of physical abilities.
No prior experience needed. Well suited for beginners.
