Qigong is a mindful health practice used to develop the body and mind. It shares many of the health benefits attributed to Tai Chi and aims to cultivate and balance the flow of energy in the body using movement, breathwork, and mental focus.
Join us as we focus on movements and techniques designed to improve energy, quiet the mind, and bring about tranquility.
Adults of all ages and physical abilities are welcome. No prior experience required.
